You authorize Brooklyn West Winery to charge your credit card for the cost of your club selection, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, prior to each club shipment. You understand that your information will be saved to file for future club and in-person transactions on your account. You authorize us to contact you via email, phone or text. You must be at least 21 years old to join a Brooklyn West wine club. By enrolling in one of our wine clubs, Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term from the date of sign-up. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to that, an administrative fee of $95 will be charged to your account. After one year, memberships may be canceled at any time, in writing, prior to the processing of the next club selection. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club selections will not be refunded. Brooklyn West reserves the right to modify your membership at any time.
